The 5-hour interactive workshop---which is open to anyone seeking to learn more about the commissioning process---is followed by an administration of the 3-hour Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) exam for qualified candidates who are interested in membership and certification with ACG.

Topics covered in the workshop will include: Introduction to the Commissioning Process, Developing Proposals and RFPs, The Commissioning Team, Roles & Responsibilities, Phases of Commissioning, The Commissioning Plan, and Commissioning Documentation.

All workshops are priced at $650 and include the workshop, application and exam fees, a copy of the instructor's presentation, as well as breakfast and lunch. Finally, for commissioning providers who are unable to attend a workshop but are interested in pursuing certification via ACG, we have made arrangements with a testing company to provide "on demand" certification testing services to qualified candidates. The exam is taken at testing centers located across the country—eliminating the need for out-of-town travel.
