In the Request for Qualifications (RFQ), ask for details concerning previous, relevant commissioning experience. The RFQ will help to narrow the list of commissioning providers that receive a Request for Proposal (RFP). Owners may select a commissioning provider based on the qualifications and rate schedules submitted in response to the RFQ.
The RFP should include as much information about the project as possible. As a minimum, the RFP should contain the following information:
