Derek De Jesus, CxA, is an expert in medium voltage power systems, life safety, lighting control, security systems, power distribution and emergency power systems, and has extensive field and on-site experience, and an in-depth knowledge of mechanical and control systems required for validation and integration of multidisciplinary systems.

Al LaPera, P.E., CxA, EMP With 40 years of professional experience, Al has worked on a broad range of building types including educational, healthcare and commercial facilities. He is well versed in the design and analysis of HVAC systems and providing engineering services including planning, analysis and construction observation from project inception through construction administration. Al’s engineering expertise has been recently focused on building systems commissioning, LEED energy analysis and energy auditing.
